Real estate is a passion of mine. I've been a Realtor for 8 years now, and every deal still excites me as much as the first one I ever did. I've seen the Hamilton real estate market crash in August 2008, and I've seen the steady growth it has shown since. I've decided to share some of my passion with you in the form of helpful articles, pictures, insights, and current statistics.

My name is Joe Groleau and I am a Realtor with Sutton Group Innovative Realty, Inc. Our company is located on the east Hamilton mountain, though I serve clients all over south-western Ontario. I was born and raised in Hamilton, played recreational sports here, went to school here, made many friends here, and have now chosen it as a place to raise my family.
